Badger Class took the train from Foxton to Royston. We used the maps to find our way into the town centre where we looked at the different shops and businesses in the High Street. We had an early picnic in the park and a cool paddle in the splash park. Before it got too hot we took the train back to Foxton and returned to school for a well earned run through the sprinkler and refreshing ice pop! Well done to everyone for being sensible getting on and off the trains, crossing roads and being careful in the heat. Thank you to Sarah Grove and the station staff for helping to make our day run so smoothly.
