School Meals

We encourage children to have a school lunch, as we feel it is an important part of their social development.  A varied menu of nutritionally balanced meals – including a vegetarian option – is prepared in our school kitchen and served in the main hall.  The menus for each week are available to view by both children and parents.

We have two sittings in the school hall with KS1 children seated in the hall from 12.00pm and the KS2 children at 12.15pm.  Children who bring a packed lunch to school will be seated together, also in mixed groups, in the main hall.

Payment for school lunches can be made via our online payment system, MCAS. Payments can be made by debit or credit card with a minimum top up of £15.25.  Please contact Anita Armitage if you do not have access to your MCAS account.   All school meals must be paid for in advance.

Children are able to combine packed lunches and school meals on different days, as long as they mention it to the class teacher at registration.

Children who bring their own meals should store their lunch boxes on the cloakroom shelves above the hooks or in the classroom, in KS1.  Please note that ice packs may be necessary in the summer.

Those eligible for FSM (free school meals) can find out more information and apply by clicking here

Please see email below, there is only one change to the menu where jacket potato will replace the pasta option each day.
