The latest News from Foxton Primary
If the school needs to close due to poor weather it will post the news here. The school will only close if there is insufficient skeleton staff or if the premises are unsuitable. If in the case of ice or snow, if staff can get in to school, the site will be deemed safe because we can stay inside!
If we need to close - we will post a message as a News flash on the website, send an email and contact the local authority. We will endeavour to contact local radio stations: BBC Radio Cambridgeshire or Heart Radio.
Please assume that the school will be open.
If there is sufficient good snow the children will be allowed to play in it at lunchtime ONLY if they bring a change of outdoor clothes (not PE kit) including wellington boots.

There is a lending library available with additional resources. Seesaw is our chosen platform for organising tasks. Zoom meetings invite children at least weekly to see the teacher and sometimes the children in school meet the children at home! There is a good balance of subject matter provided for the children but remember to organise your own timetables to suit your own family situation.
