Question of the Week: Daffodils
to mark Thriplow Daffodil Weekend

The latest News from Foxton Primary
If the school needs to close due to poor weather it will post the news here. The school will only close if there is insufficient skeleton staff or if the premises are unsuitable. If in the case of ice or snow, if staff can get in to school, the site will be deemed safe because we can stay inside!
If we need to close - we will post a message as a News flash on the website, send an email and contact the local authority. We will endeavour to contact local radio stations: BBC Radio Cambridgeshire or Heart Radio.
Please assume that the school will be open.
If there is sufficient good snow the children will be allowed to play in it at lunchtime ONLY if they bring a change of outdoor clothes (not PE kit) including wellington boots.

For Question of the Week, take a bird spotting chart…
Can you spot any or all of these common garden birds? Give tally marks for each one that you see this week. Can you spot any others that aren’t on the chart?
For World Book Day the children and staff dressed up as their favourite book character. Parents and Carers were invited to come and read with the children.
It was a really lively morning!
See the photo gallery for more pictures.
